Why publish your estimate accuracy?
Because every agency says it delivers on time and none of them show you. Ours is a median of eleven per cent over across thirty projects, with two that were far worse, and the table is on the about page.
Do you do retainers?
No. A monthly fee paid regardless of what is delivered stops being a service. We sell weeks of work with something at the end of them instead.
Will you host our site?
No, and we will help you set up your own accounts. An agency holding your hosting, domain and repository has made leaving expensive, which is leverage rather than a product.
Who owns what we pay for?
You do, outright, including the code and the working files, from the moment each invoice is paid. There is no licence and nothing to renew.
